EN 10130 DC07 CR Steel Coils

 

DC07 is a cold-rolled deep-drawing steel plate specified in the European standard EN 10130, also known as deep-drawing steel SPCE. It is an ultra-low carbon steel with good ductility and forming properties.

 

The specific chemical composition is as follows:

- Carbon (C) content: ≤0.08%

- Manganese (Mn) content: ≤0.25%

- Phosphorus (P) content: ≤0.020%

- Sulfur (S) content: ≤0.020%

 

The specific mechanical properties are as follows:

- Tensile strength: 270-310 MPa

- Yield strength: ≥150 MPa

- Elongation: ≥40%

 

DC07 steel plate is suitable for deep drawing, stamping, and laser cutting processes, and is widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, electrical manufacturing, construction, and furniture manufacturing.

 

The common states of DC07 steel plate include annealed state (full annealing and belt annealing) and unannealed state. Unannealed steel plates can be further processed and shaped.

 

The advantages of DC07 steel plate are good processing and forming properties, which can meet the requirements of complex forming and high-precision processing. Additionally, it has good welding performance.

 

The disadvantage of DC07 steel plate is its relatively low strength, which may not be ideal for applications that require high strength and corrosion resistance.
