Major Elements: The carbon (C) content is no more than 0.20%, silicon (Si) no more than 0.55%, manganese (Mn) no more than 1.60%, and both sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P) no more than 0.035%.

Mechanical Properties

Yield Strength: It is not less than 365 MPa when the thickness is ≤16 mm.

Tensile Strength: Ranges from 490 to 610 MPa.

Elongation: It is ≥21% (≥19% for some specifications). In addition, it has good impact toughness, meeting the low - temperature impact requirements. For example, the impact energy is ≥27 J at - 20℃, which is suitable for use in cold regions.

 

Processing and Production

Delivery State: Usually in the normalized or hot - rolled state, and can also be presented in different delivery states according to requirements. It can be processed by cutting, bending, stamping, and other processes to meet different shape requirements, and its performance remains stable after processing.
