Manufacturing Process

 

Steelmaking

The production process begins with the melting of raw materials in a furnace. High - quality iron ore, coke, and scrap steel are carefully proportioned and melted together. During the steelmaking process, impurities are removed, and alloying elements are added to achieve the desired chemical composition. Advanced refining techniques are used to ensure a homogeneous and pure steel melt.

Casting and Rolling
