Execution standard: Execute the European standard EN10025-2-2014.
Chemical composition requirements: Carbon content C ≤ 0.21%, silicon content Si ≤ 0.50%, manganese content Mn ≤ 1.50%, phosphorus content P ≤ 0.035%, sulfur content S ≤ 0.035%, copper content Cu ≤ 0.55%, nitrogen content N ≤ 0.012% (The specific chemical composition of the finished product should be indicated in the steel mill's material certificate).
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength (σb/MPa) is 430 - 580 MPa, yield point (σs/MPa) ≥ 270 MPa, elongation after fracture (δ5/%) ≥ 14, impact temperature ℃ is 20, and impact energy J ≥ 27.
Delivery status: Delivery in hot-rolled, normalized and other states. The delivery state can also be specified according to technical requirements. And there can be performance requirements in the thickness direction according to needs, such as Z15, Z25, Z35, etc.

 

St37-2:
Execution standard: Produced in accordance with the German standard DIN17100.
Chemical composition requirements: Carbon C ≤ 0.17% (for thickness less than 16mm) or ≤ 0.20% (for thickness greater than 16mm); silicon Si ≤ 0.35%; manganese Mn ≤ 1.2%; phosphorus P ≤ 0.025%; sulfur S ≤ 0.025%.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength (σb/MPa) is 360 - 510 (for thickness less than 3mm) or 340 - 470 (for thickness greater than 3mm); yield strength (σs/MPa) ≥ 235; elongation after fracture (δ5/%) ≥ 17; impact energy Aku (J) ≥ 27 (impact temperature +20℃).
Delivery status: Usually delivered in hot-rolled state. It can also be delivered in various different delivery states such as normalized, tempered, annealed, controlled rolling, normalized rolling, TMCP according to requirements.

 

A36:
Execution standard: Execute the American standard ASTM A36/A36M.
Chemical composition requirements: Carbon C ≤ 0.25%, silicon Si ≤ 0.40%, manganese Mn: ≤ 0.80 - 1.20%, phosphorus P ≤ 0.04%, sulfur S ≤ 0.05%, copper Cu ≥ 0.20%.
