Key Processing Techniques
Welding and Sealing Treatment
Indoor Welding Requirements: Use argon arc welding (argon purity 99.99%) for gas pipelines. After welding, conduct an airtightness test (0.5MPa pressure maintained for 30 minutes without leakage).
Outdoor Weld Treatment: Grind outdoor Corten steel welds flat and apply passivation treatment (coating with chromate solution) to prevent preferential corrosion of welds.
Surface Refinement
Indoor Surface Treatment: Polish the inner surface of the fire pit and cover to Ra≤1.6μm to avoid dust accumulation. The outer surface can retain the rust layer texture but needs to be glazed (sprayed with nano-ceramic glaze) to prevent rust stains from polluting the ground.
Outdoor Surface Treatment: Perform wire drawing on the surface (roughness Ra≤3.2μm) to enhance rust layer adhesion and avoid rust layer peeling caused by heavy rain.
