Basic characteristics1:

Strengthening mechanism: GH4145 is mainly a nickel - based superalloy strengthened by aging with γ′ (Ni₃(Al, Ti, Nb)) phase.

Heat resistance: It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, and good stress - relaxation resistance below 540℃.

Microstructure: After standard heat treatment, the structure is composed of γ matrix, Ti(C, N), Nb(C, N), M₂₃C₆ carbide and γ′ phase, and the γ′ content is about 14.5%, which is the main strengthening phase of the alloy.

Chemical composition3: It mainly includes about 56% Ni, about 16% Cr, about 8% Mo, about 5% Nb, about 1.5% Al and other trace elements.

Mechanical properties3: After solution treatment, the tensile strength (Rm) is ≥1000 MPa, the yield strength (Rp₀.₂) is ≥850 MPa, and the elongation (A₅) is ≥10%.
