Evaporators, crystallizers, and brine pipelines in lithium extraction from salt lakes or salt production industries contact high-concentration NaCl solutions (Cl⁻ ≥300,000 mg/L). 904L resists crevice corrosion during salt crystallization.

Petroleum Refining and Natural Gas Treatment
