Material Composition and Properties
1. Cladding Material: TU1 (Pure Copper)
Type: High-purity oxygen-free copper (GB/T 5231-2012, equivalent to ASTM C10200) .
Chemical Composition: Cu ≥99.95%, with trace impurities (Ag ≤0.002%, Bi ≤0.001%, Pb ≤0.003%, etc.) to ensure purity .
Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength: 200–240 MPa .
Yield strength (0.2% offset): ≥60 MPa .
Elongation: ≥45% (for annealed 状态) .
Functional Properties:
Electrical conductivity: ≥98% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard) .
Thermal conductivity: ~391 W/(m·K) at 20°C .
Corrosion resistance: Excellent in non-oxidizing acids (e.g., dilute sulfuric acid), freshwater, and dry environments; susceptible to ammonia and strong oxidizing acids .
