1.0392 Steel

 

1.0392 steel is a cold-rolled deep-drawing steel, and its execution standard is DIN EN 10139. It is a carbon steel with a relatively low carbon content.

 

The specific chemical composition is as follows:

- Carbon (C): 0.10-0.16%

- Manganese (Mn): 0.30-0.60%

- Phosphorus (P): maximum 0.025%

- Sulfur (S): maximum 0.020%

 

The specific mechanical properties are as follows:

- Tensile strength (Rm): 270-410 MPa

- Yield strength (Rp0.2): 150-320 MPa

- Elongation (A80): ≥24%

 

This type of steel is mainly used in stamping and forming processes, such as deep drawing, cutting, bending, etc. It is supplied in a cold-rolled state, such as cold-rolled coils or steel strips.

 

Advantages:
