Controlled rolling or normalizing improves grain refinement, providing reliable impact resistance at -20°C for cold-region or dynamic-load applications.

Formability:

Capable of cold working (shearing, bending, drilling), though excessive deformation should be avoided to prevent cracking.

Production & Delivery

Manufacturing Process:

YB: Thermomechanically controlled processing (TMCP) or normalizing to optimize microstructure (ferrite-pearlite) for enhanced performance.
