The following is the detailed content of the inspection and test method standards for shipbuilding steel plates:
Result assessment:
The chemical composition analysis results should be within the specified range. Steel plates that do not meet the requirements are considered unqualified.
The mechanical property test results should meet the requirements of the corresponding classification society specifications for this type of steel plate. Otherwise, it is judged as unqualified.
The dimensional measurement results should be within the tolerance range. Steel plates that exceed the tolerance may need further processing or be judged as unqualified.
Defects found during surface quality inspection should be evaluated according to the standards. Defects that seriously affect use will lead to the disqualification of the steel plate.
Internal defects found by nondestructive testing should be evaluated according to the type, size, and location of the defects. Defects that exceed the allowable range need to be repaired or judged as unqualified.

 Reporting and recording:
