Processing requirements:
Cutting: The cutting of CCSB steel plates needs to be precise to ensure the size and shape of the parts meet the design requirements. Advanced cutting technologies such as plasma cutting, laser cutting, or oxy-fuel cutting may be used, and the cutting parameters need to be carefully selected to avoid excessive heat input that may affect the mechanical properties of the steel plate near the cutting edge.
Bending: When bending the steel plate, appropriate bending equipment and molds should be used to ensure the bending radius and angle are accurate. Over-bending or insufficient bending may cause stress concentration and affect the structural strength of the ship.
Surface treatment: The surface of the CCSB steel plate needs to be cleaned and treated before processing and welding to remove rust, oil stains, and other impurities. This can improve the adhesion of the welding material and ensure the quality of the welded joint.
Welding requirements:
Welding materials: The selection of welding materials should be compatible with the CCSB steel plate, considering factors such as the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the base metal. Chemical composition:
