Silicon (Si): 0.10 - 0.50%.

Manganese (Mn): 0.90 - 1.60%.

Phosphorus (P): ≤0.035%.

Sulfur (S): ≤0.035%.

Aluminum (Al, acid-soluble): ≥0.015%.

Niobium (Nb): 0.02 - 0.05%.

Vanadium (V): 0.05 - 0.10%.

Titanium (Ti): ≤0.02%.

Copper (Cu): ≤0.35%.

Chromium (Cr): ≤0.20%.

Delivery Status: Different delivery states can be selected according to different thicknesses. For steel plates with a thickness equal to or less than 40mm, the rolling method can be hot rolling or controlled rolling; for those with a thickness greater than 40mm, the heat treatment should be normalizing or controlled rolling plus tempering (TMCP).

 

Other Requirements:

 

High-strength tests, Z-direction performance tests (such as Z15, Z25, Z35, etc.), and low-temperature impact tests can be carried out.

It needs to meet the ultrasonic testing requirements, such as testing according to ASTM A435, A577, and A578 standards.

Certifications from classification societies such as ABS, LR, GL, BV, DNV, KR, NK, CCS, and RINA can be provided.

It can provide the original steel mill test certificate in accordance with EN 10204 format 3.1/3.2.
