DNV Marine Steel Plate Grade DH40 executes the relevant standards for structural steels for ships and marine engineering that are commonly used by various classification societies. For the Chinese market, the generally referenced standard is GB/T 712-2011 "Structural Steels for Ships and Offshore Engineering" in China. However, manufacturers in different countries or regions may also produce according to some local specific standards or specifications, but all need to meet the certification requirements of DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
This steel plate needs to comply with corresponding standard regulations in terms of chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional deviation, delivery status, and flaw detection requirements.
