Cold working treatment mainly includes two methods: cold rolling and cold drawing. The following is a detailed introduction to these two cold working processes:

I. Cold drawing
Preparation work:
Select appropriate cold drawing dies. The size and shape of the dies should match the required steel dimensions.
Perform pretreatment on DH36 steel billets, such as removing surface defects and performing annealing treatment to improve the plasticity and processability of steel.
Drawing process:
Pass the pretreated steel through the cold drawing die, and apply tension through drawing equipment to cause plastic deformation of the steel in the die.
