Grade Explanation: "S" represents structural steel, "355" indicates that the minimum yield strength is 355MPa when the thickness is ≤16mm, "J0" means that the impact energy at 0℃ is ≥27J, and "W" represents weather resistance.

Execution Standard: It executes the EN10025 - 5 standard, and the corresponding number in the EN10027 - 2 standard is 1.8959.

 

 

 

Mechanical Properties3

Tensile Strength: Rm is 470 - 630MPa.

Yield Strength: When the thickness is ≤16mm, ReH≥355MPa; when the thickness is >16 - 40mm, ReH≥345MPa; when the thickness is >40 - 63mm, ReH≥335MPa. When the yield is not obvious, Rp0.2 is used instead.

Elongation: A≥20% (transverse).

Impact Energy: Akv≥27J (longitudinal) at 0℃.
