Bending: Using a bending machine to bend the steel plate into a specific angle (such as 90°, U - shape, V - shape, etc.), it is often used in the manufacture of boxes, frames, angle steel - like structural parts. S355J2 has good toughness and can be cold - bent. However, for thick plate bending, springback should be considered, and preheating is necessary when necessary to reduce the risk of cracking.

Rolling: Through a plate rolling machine, the steel plate is rolled into cylindrical, conical and other curved structures, such as pipes, cylinders, and storage tank wall plates. During rolling, the feed speed and pressure should be controlled to avoid material cracking due to excessive deformation.

Stamping: Suitable for thin plates. Specific shapes (such as flanges, gaskets, special - shaped parts) are made by stamping with dies, including blanking, stretching, punching and other processes. S355J2 has high strength, so high - strength dies should be selected for stamping, and attention should be paid to lubrication to reduce wear.
