Static Light Load: Q355B/C.

Dynamic Heavy Load: Q460D/E, S460ML.

Environmental Conditions:

Low Temperature (<-20°C): Choose Grade D/E (e.g., Q355E, S355NL).

High Humidity/Corrosion: Weathering steel (Q355NH) or galvanized steel plates (DX51D+Z).

Processing Difficulty: Prioritize low carbon equivalent grades for frequently welded structures (e.g., Q355 is more weldable than Q460).

2. Quality Inspection

Mechanical Properties: Tensile test and impact test (per GB/T 228/229 standards).

Chemical Composition: Spectral analysis to verify alloy content (e.g., Nb ≥ 0.015%).

Surface Quality: Plate flatness ≤3mm/m, free of cracks and scabs.
