For example, experienced operators can more accurately judge whether the end point is approaching based on the subtle changes in the flame and the dynamic characteristics of the slag, and can promptly detect abnormal situations and take measures to correct them, reducing quality risks.

 

 

 

Establishing a Quality Feedback and Adjustment Mechanism

Real-Time Quality Monitoring: Establish a real-time quality monitoring system during the steelmaking process to continuously monitor the key quality indicators (such as composition, temperature, etc.) of molten steel and slag. Once it is found that the indicators deviate from the normal range, an alarm will be immediately issued. For example, when the online detection equipment detects that the carbon content in the molten steel deviates from the target value or there are abnormal changes in temperature, the system can promptly notify the operators so that they can take corresponding adjustment measures to avoid the further deterioration of quality problems.

Feedback Adjustment Process: Establish a complete feedback adjustment process. When errors in end point judgment lead to quality risks, the steelmaking process parameters can be adjusted in a timely manner according to the feedback information. For example, if it is found that the carbon content in the molten steel is too high, it may be necessary to adjust the oxygen supply or blowing time to reduce the carbon content. If the slag performance is not good, it may be necessary to add appropriate slag-forming materials to improve the slag state. Through this timely feedback and adjustment, the quality problems caused by errors in end point judgment can be corrected to ensure the quality of steel products.
