Addition and Adjustment: During the blowing process, add alloy materials in a timely manner according to the changes in the composition of the molten steel to carry out alloying operations and adjust the chemical composition of the molten steel to meet the standard requirements of CCSB steel.

Temperature Control: Control the temperature of the molten steel in the furnace through methods such as adjusting the oxygen flow rate, blowing time, and adding coolant so that it meets the tapping temperature requirements of CCSB steel.

Tapping Preparation: Before tapping, clean and maintain the taphole to ensure that the taphole is unobstructed. Inspect the condition of the ladle, including whether the inner lining of the ladle is in good condition and whether the nozzle is normal.

Tapping Process: Tilt the converter to the tapping position and slowly open the taphole to let the molten steel flow into the ladle. During the tapping process, closely observe the situation of the molten steel flow to ensure that the molten steel flows out smoothly and avoid abnormal situations such as splashing or cut - off.

Deoxidation and Alloy Fine - Tuning: During the tapping process, add a deoxidizer into the ladle to carry out a deoxidation operation to reduce the oxygen content in the molten steel. At the same time, based on the rapid analysis results of the composition of the molten steel, fine - tune the alloy composition to ensure that the final composition of the molten steel meets the quality standards of CCSB steel.

Follow - up Treatment

Cleaning and Inspection: After tapping is completed, promptly clean up the residue, scrap steel, and garbage around the converter to keep the furnace - front environment clean. Inspect the converter to check the erosion of the furnace lining, the operation status of the equipment, etc., and prepare for the next smelting.

Recording and Summarizing: Record various parameters and operation situations during this smelting process, including the addition amounts of hot metal and scrap steel, alloy addition amount, blowing time, oxygen flow rate, tapping temperature, etc., so as to analyze and summarize the production process and continuously optimize the smelting process.
