Organic Coatings
Epoxy Resin Coating: It has good adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It can form a continuous protective film on the surface of CCSE steel plates, effectively blocking the contact of external water, oxygen and corrosive media with the steel plates. It is suitable for general marine atmospheric environments and freshwater environments.
Polyurethane Coating: It has excellent wear resistance, weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. With good elasticity, it can adapt to the deformation of steel plates to some extent and has a good protective effect on the surfaces of CCSE steel plates that are often subject to mechanical wear and impact, such as the decks and bulkheads of ships.
Fluorocarbon Coating: It has super weather resistance and corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays, acid rain, salt spray and so on. In the marine environment, especially under the harsh conditions of high salinity and high humidity, the fluorocarbon coating can remain stable for a long time and effectively extend the service life of CCSE steel plates.

Inorganic Coatings
Ceramic Coating: Ceramic coatings such as alumina and titanium oxide coatings are prepared on the surface of CCSE steel plates through thermal spraying, plasma spraying and other processes. They have the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, high temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance, and can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of steel plates in high-temperature, high-speed water flow scouring and strong corrosive media. They are often used in heat exchangers, pipelines and other components in marine engineering.
Surface Treatments
Ion Implantation: Specific ions are implanted into a certain depth of the surface of CCSE steel plates to change the chemical composition and microstructure of the surface, so as to improve the hardness and corrosion resistance of the surface. For example, by implanting ions such as chromium and nitrogen, an alloy element-rich strengthening layer can be formed on the surface of steel plates to enhance their corrosion resistance.
