Production Process: It is produced by the hot rolling process. The steel billet is heated and then rolled, enabling it to possess good mechanical properties and surface quality.

Chemical Composition

 

The main chemical components include: the carbon (C) content is ≤ 0.18%, the silicon (Si) content is ≤ 0.50%, the manganese (Mn) content is between 0.9% - 1.6%, the phosphorus (P) content is ≤ 0.035%, the sulfur (S) content is ≤ 0.035%, and the aluminum (Als) content is ≥ 0.015%.

Mechanical Properties

 

Yield Strength: ≥ 355 MPa.

Tensile Strength: 490 - 630 MPa.

Elongation: ≥ 21%.

Impact Test: The V-notch impact test is carried out at 0 °C. The impact energy Aku ≥ 34 J (when the plate thickness is ≤ 50 mm), ≥ 24 J (when the plate thickness is between 50 - 70 mm), and ≥ 34 J (when the plate thickness is between 70 - 100 mm).
