Delivery Conditions & Production Process

Delivery States:

Hot-Rolled (AR): Cost-effective for general applications.

Controlled-Rolled (CR): Optimizes grain structure for improved toughness.

Normalized (N): Heat-treated to refine grains and enhance uniformity.

Production Flow:
Primary Smelting → LF Refining → VD Degassing → Continuous Casting (or Ingot Casting) → Surface Cleaning → Reheating → Rolling → Stack Cooling → NDT Inspection → Heat Treatment → Cutting → Mechanical Testing

 Processing & Cutting

Thickness ≤20 mm:

Plasma Cutting or Laser Cutting: High precision and minimal heat-affected zone (HAZ).

Thickness >30 mm:
