GH3128 steel plate is a high-quality superalloy material with excellent performance and a wide range of application fields. GH3128 (also known as GH128) is a nickel-based alloy strengthened by solid solution of tungsten and molybdenum, and its grain boundaries are strengthened by boron, cerium and zirconium. This alloy has high plasticity, relatively high creep-rupture strength, as well as good oxidation resistance and properties in stamping, welding, etc. Its comprehensive performance is better than that of similar nickel-based solid solution alloys such as GH3044 and GH3536.

Specifications: GH3128 steel plates mainly include two types: cold-rolled thin plates and hot-rolled plates. Among them, the thickness of cold-rolled thin plates is usually 0.8-4.0mm, and the thickness of hot-rolled plates is 4-14mm.

Delivery Status: The steel plates are usually supplied after solution treatment and pickling. The solution temperature is 1140-1180℃, and the cooling method is air cooling. If higher requirements are put forward for high-temperature performance, it needs to undergo supplementary solution treatment at 1200℃ before inspection.
