The manufacturing process of 42CrV6 steel generally includes the following steps:
Raw Material Preparation: Select appropriate raw materials such as ferroalloys and scrap steel, and ensure that their compositions and qualities meet the requirements. Conduct inspection and pretreatment on the raw materials, including cleaning, crushing, and batching.
Melting: Add the prepared raw materials into a furnace for melting. Common furnaces include electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces.
