The carbon content ranges from 0.38-0.43%, silicon content ranges from 0.15-0.35%, manganese content ranges from 0.60-0.90%, phosphorus content is 0.035%, sulfur content is 0.040%, and chromium content ranges from 0.80-1.10%.

 

Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, and Elongation:

The tensile strength of SCR240 steel is 1080-1280 MPa, yield strength is 930 MPa, and elongation is between 10-25%.

 

Uses:

SCR240 steel is primarily used in the manufacturing of high-strength bolts, nuts, bearings, gears, and other mechanical structural components.

 

Condition:

SCR240 steel is available in various conditions including hot-rolled, forged, quenched, and tempered.

 

Advantages:
