Raw Material Pretreatment Equipment: Such as crushers, screening machines, etc. Crushers are used to crush larger pieces of raw materials such as iron ore into appropriate particle sizes. Screening machines screen the crushed raw materials and remove particles that do not meet the particle size requirements to ensure that the particle size of the raw materials entering the steelmaking furnace is uniform.

Process:

Raw Material Proportioning: According to the composition requirements of mild steel (Mild Steel) to be produced, accurately calculate the proportioning of raw materials such as iron ore, coke, and scrap steel. Generally speaking, the carbon content of mild steel is relatively low. Therefore, when proportioning, the amount of coke added should be controlled to reduce the carbon content in steel. At the same time, the content of other elements (such as silicon, manganese, etc.) should be considered. By adding ores or alloys containing corresponding elements, the chemical composition can be adjusted.
