Production Process

 

Hot-rolled materials are annealed in a cold-rolling annealing furnace and then pickled in acid.

 

After the first shifting operation, all rolls are subjected to appropriate chamfer grinding on precision grinders.

 

All sheets are pickled in separate tanks and dried on a brush roll machine before shipment.

 

These plates are annealed again, then sent to a straightening machine for straightening and pickling, and packaged according to size and quality.

 

Inspections are carried out at various stages. The entire internal process, including rolling, annealing, pickling, and waste treatment, is properly controlled by experienced employees.
