Characteristics of Hot Rolled 30CrMo

High Strength and Toughness: The combination of Cr and Mo ensures high tensile strength and good toughness, enabling it to withstand heavy loads and dynamic stresses.

Good Hardenability: It can be hardened to a greater depth during heat treatment, ensuring uniform mechanical properties across thick sections.

Weldability: Weldable with proper preheating (200~300°C) and post-weld heat treatment (tempering at 600~650°C) to avoid cold cracking.
